Who we are

SONATEQ's core business is the development and commercialization of digital signal processing technologies including image processing.

SONATEQ's main know-how lies in its BioKernel™ engine, a fingerprint identification algorithm, which has been developed since 1979.

SONATEQ's key strength is its origins in research & development and its international network of specialists with years of experience in biometric systems and solutions.

SONATEQ's target customers are small and large software developers, solution providers and system integrators that are providing end-user solutions or software for biometric authentication, verification and identification.



Our Products

SONATEQ's main product line consists of fingerprint classification, verification and identification algorithms, multimodal biometric engine for fingerprint, face, iris and voice, as well as a complete Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS).

All products are provided in form of Software Development Kits (SDK) under the name BioKernel™.
