Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Sonateq may issue refunds, accept returns, or provide replacements. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of our fulfillment model, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

We do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind
• incorrect item selection by the customer
• delays within estimated shipping timeframes

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a short window after purchase and before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Returns Eligibility

Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:

• item arrives damaged or defective
• item received is incorrect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• order number
• clear photos of the item and packaging

4. Refunds and Replacements

If your claim is approved, Sonateq may, at its discretion:

• send a replacement item, or
• issue a refund to the original payment method

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Sonateq is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

We do not issue refunds for:

• lost packages after delivery confirmation
• stolen packages
• delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

7. Delays

Shipping delays within our stated timeframes do not qualify for refunds.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control.

8. Chargebacks

By purchasing from Sonateq, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
