Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Sonateq are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Order Fulfillment Model
Sonateq works with third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, and shipping providers to source and deliver certain products. As a result, products may ship from different facilities, warehouses, or regions depending on availability, destination, and fulfillment routing.
Because of this fulfillment model, shipping times are estimates only and may vary from order to order. Sonateq does not guarantee same-day shipping, next-day delivery, or exact delivery dates unless expressly stated in writing for a specific order.
2. Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment is authorized and accepted. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Processing may take longer due to:
- supplier handling times
- product availability verification
- payment review or fraud screening
- high order volume
- holiday periods
- carrier disruptions or logistics delays
Orders are not typically processed on weekends or major holidays.
3. Shipping Estimates
Estimated delivery windows begin only after an order has been processed and dispatched.
Typical estimated shipping times:
- United States: approximately 5–15 business days
- International: approximately 7–25 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may occur sooner or later depending on supplier turnaround, destination, customs activity, local carrier performance, weather, and other factors outside Sonateq’s control.
4. Shipping Origins and Split Shipments
Products may ship from different fulfillment locations. If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Sonateq is not required to consolidate items into a single shipment, even when they are purchased together in one order.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information may be provided when available by the applicable fulfillment partner or carrier. In some cases, tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment confirmation.
Sonateq does not guarantee that tracking will be available for every shipment, every destination, or every product.
6. Delivery Delays
Sonateq is not responsible for delays that occur after an order has been placed into processing or handed over to a shipping carrier. Delays may result from, including but not limited to:
- carrier backlogs
- supplier delays
- weather events
- customs inspections or border clearance
- address verification issues
- regional service interruptions
- force majeure events
Any delivery dates shown on the website, in emails, or during checkout are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery commitments.
7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, Sonateq is not responsible for the resulting loss.
If an order has already entered processing or shipped, Sonateq may not be able to modify the address.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer. Sonateq is not liable for packages reported as lost, stolen, missing, or delivered to an unsecured location after the carrier has provided delivery confirmation.
If you experience a delivery issue, you should first contact the carrier directly and also check with neighbors, household members, building management, or your local delivery office.
9. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges associated with the shipment.
Sonateq has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs or import charges does not create a right to a shipping refund from Sonateq.
10. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Sonateq reserves the right to adjust shipping methods, carriers, or fulfillment routing at its discretion in order to complete delivery.
11. Delivery Issues and Claims
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery window, you may contact Sonateq and we will make a reasonable effort to review the shipment status with the applicable fulfillment or shipping provider.
However, Sonateq does not guarantee carrier resolutions, supplier resolutions, replacement shipments, or refunds for delays that are outside of our direct control.
12. Non-Guaranteed Transit Times
All shipping and transit times presented by Sonateq are provided in good faith based on typical fulfillment patterns and carrier estimates. They are not warranties, guarantees, or contractual delivery obligations.
By purchasing from Sonateq, you acknowledge and accept that shipping may take longer than initially estimated in some circumstances.
